Jonathan Bleiweiss, MBA, MSCJ

Jonathan Bleiweiss is a formerly incarcerated scholar and one Florida’s leading experts on collateral consequences. He is the founder and former executive director of the Florida Justice Center, a nonprofit legal aid organization that has provided free lawyers to assist over 10,000 people overcome barriers caused by an arrest. Jonathan is a former police officer and detective who combines his extensive knowledge of the law with his lived experienced in the criminal legal system to help others. He holds Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Master of Business Administration degrees. Jonathan is a 2022 JustLeadershipUSA Leading with Conviction graduate.

Jonathan is currently a doctoral student in Criminal Justice at the University of Cincinnati and a Presidential Fellow.
