Jackie Hallberg, LMSW
Founder
Jackie Hallberg, LMSW is a Licensed Social Worker and certified mediator in the State of
Michigan. She runs a non-profit that focuses on reducing crime and conflict, which includes an innovative Jail Reentry Program. Jackie has worked in youth detention, prison and jail reentry initiatives as well as working with families and victims of crime for over 20 years. Jackie’s private business, HOME Reentry Services provides training for correctional staff as well as consultation services for starting or refining reentry services throughout the country.
Jackie runs court ordered Restorative Justice groups for both youth and adults. She hosts a
monthly audio event on LinkedIn called Voices In Reentry and is a requested presenter and
speaker at conferences and podcasts. She sits on her County’s Correctional Advisory Group and recently became a member of the National Association of Reentry Professionals Inc. (NARP).
In high school, Jackie, encountered her own victimization and has written about her experience in the #1 International Best Seller, “Beyond Boundaries: Thriving in Life’s Grey Zone”. Jackie believes strongly that no human should be defined by the worst thing that happened to them or the worst decision they made. Her heart is in reentry and building strong communities that lead to a happier, healthier, safer world for everyone.
